The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales engineering, excellent communication to senior stakeholders, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales engineering with 4+ years handling large strategic accounts.
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders across levels, including executives.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations addressing objections, linking tech capabilities to business needs.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead interactive workshops.
• Stay updated on Atlassian roadmap, obtain certifications, and refine pre-sales knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams, account managers, and product stakeholders to drive deals and ensure alignment with customer objectives.
• Build understanding of competitors’ offerings to articulate Atlassian differentiators.
• Explore innovative pre-sales approaches to enhance customer engagement.
