Jobgether, partnering with a leading ecommerce technology platform, seeks a Technical Support Engineer based in France to empower enterprise customers across the EMEA region. You will resolve complex API, SDK, and data integration issues while guiding customers from investigation to resolution and collaborating with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical support or equivalent role.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, logs, and data integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for enterprise customers.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-urgency issues.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely, accurate technical support for APIs, SDKs, and data integrations.
• Own customer-facing cases across tickets, Slack, and calls.
• Coordinate escalations with Product and Engineering.
• Develop and maintain knowledge-base content and playbooks.
• Improve support processes for scalability.
