Gigs in Paris is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to anchor our support operations and own a healthy queue, delivering clear solutions to business customers and end-users.

You will escalate complex connectivity problems, debug APIs with tools like Postman, translate findings for customers, and feed insights back to Product and Engineering to improve the platform. Hybrid work with regular hub time.

Qualifications

• Experience debugging APIs and tracing technical processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment and take ownership.
• Comfort with escalations and mentoring junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Drive technical resolution beyond standard fixes and deconstruct complex provisioning and API failures.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across the stack and guide customers to resolution.
• Mentor Tier 1 support to unblock escalated tickets and share technical guidance.
• Translate technical findings into clear customer communications and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to drive bug fixes and feature improvements from support data.
