ServiceNow is seeking an EMEA Strategic Engagements Director to drive long-term growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will lead end-to-end deal strategy, craft creative commercial structures, and guide complex negotiations for our most strategic enterprise transactions.

As a leader, you will coordinate with account teams, shape deal cadences, and move opportunities from qualification to close while building executive relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI to transform workflows and decision-making.
• 5+ years of consultative direct sales into enterprise accounts, preferably SaaS.
• Experience in large, complex deals and multi-product negotiations (>$10M).
• Strong leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Drive large, complex strategic deals and $10M+ NNACV opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional GTM efforts and strategic pursuits with regional teams.
• Develop and articulate value through long-term, multi-product agreements.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and close deals.
• Represent ServiceNow in senior client engagements as sponsor and negotiator.
