ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will drive new business revenue from a SaaS license model, through account and territory planning, researching prospect customers and field-based sales activities.

You will engage C-suite personas, orchestrate cross‑functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to align ServiceNows IT roadmap with customer goals. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and teams
• Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining high-level relationships
• Experience achieving sales targets

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and lead cross-functional resources
• Be a trusted advisor by understanding the customers business and IT roadmap
• Identify the right specialist resources to bring into a deal at the right time
