JustRelate in Paris seeks a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead training programs, design educational strategies, and scale the customer academy across SaaS tools.

You will deliver onboarding, advanced, and expert sessions, organize live events, and adapt content for the French market while using English for other markets. You will manage LMS and certification programs and work with Product, Support, and CS/Sales to boost adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or SaaS L&D.
• Experience creating digital educational content (videos, guides).
• Master’s degree in CRM/Tech or related field.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver onboarding, advanced, and expert training sessions.
• Host live events: webinars, workshops, Q&A sessions.
• Adapt delivery for the French market; English for others.
• Manage LMS/video platform and learning paths.
• Develop certification programs to validate user expertise.
• Measure adoption with NPS/CSAT dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and CS/Sales.
