JustRelate is seeking a Customer Academy Manager to design, deliver, and scale educational strategy for its end-to-end SaaS solution. You will lead live (VILT, workshops) and asynchronous training to maximize adoption and time-to-value across markets.

The role emphasizes certification programs, learning platform management, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, CX, and Sales to drive cross-sell and customer insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Product Training, L&D or Account Management in SaaS B2B.
• Experience creating digital educational content (videos, guides).
• Bilingual fluency in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Design, deliver, and scale onboarding and advanced training for SaaS home solutions.
• Host live events (webinars, workshops, Q&A) on-site or remote.
• Adapt delivery for the French market; support other markets in English.
• Manage LMS/video platform and create tailored learning paths.
• Develop and monitor customer certification programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales to drive adoption and insights.
