Raison is hiring an Enablement/UX research lead in Paris to shape how corporate customers adopt AI-powered skills. You will work hands-on with field teams, identify AI champions, and translate field learnings into scalable training and product features.

You will own pilots end-to-end, measure adoption metrics, and partner with engineering to ship improvements. The role offers equity and a competitive Paris salary, with remote-friendly collaboration and an office in Montmartre.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years across L&D/instructional design, enablement, field engineering, UX research or related roles.
• You are a genuine AI power-user who works with prompts and AI daily.
• Hands-on, on-site role requiring collaboration with real teams.
• Skilled researcher who converts qualitative data into clear directions.
• Able to tell valuable, reusable skills from throwaway prompts and design effective enablement.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus.
• Product design/UX experience in complex multi-user products is a plus, especially learning platforms.
• Strong portfolio showing craft and thinking.

Responsabilités

• Embed Raison solutions inside corporate customers and design partners; work next to real teams to measurably improve individuals with AI.
• Identify AI champions, map workflows, and turn prompts into reusable, governed skills.
• Design and run enablement to bring the 90% of users with low AI fluency into the flow with contextual nudges and training modules.
• Own pilots end-to-end and measure proof points like reuse rates, time saved, and mastery progression.
• Interface with AI product engineers to translate field learnings into features and rebuilds in pilots.
• Design hyper-personalized AI training offers based on customer insights and preferences.
