Resilience Care is expanding its Data & Analytics team to build scalable backend features and robust data models for clinical and research use. You will work on a modern data stack, shipping production-grade Python, API endpoints, and dbt-based analytics models while partnering with clinical and business teams.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in data/software, experience with SQL modeling, and a pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset.

Formación

• Ship production-grade Python with tests, code quality and CI.
• Build and maintain backend APIs with FastAPI/Flask/Django or equivalent.
• Data modeling with advanced SQL to deliver production dbt models.
• Use AI tools as a multiplier while keeping engineering ownership.
• Deploy and operate what you build (containers, environments, CI/CD).
• Implement data tests/alerts and troubleshoot data quality issues.

Responsabilidades

• Build backend features for the Research Data Platform (Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL).
• Build and maintain dbt models (business logic, tests, docs, repo standards).
• Collaborate with Research/Clinical/Business users to deliver value.
