Resilience Care is seeking a data & analytics professional to build backend features for a medical remote monitoring platform. You will develop and maintain production dbt models, collaborate with researchers, and support BI initiatives.

You’ll contribute to data governance, implement analytics tooling, and help scale the data stack while ensuring security and GDPR compliance. This is a remote-friendly, hybrid-capable role in a small but impactful team.

Competenze

• 3–5 years across data and software (analytics engineer moving toward software).
• Shipped production dbt models with documentation and tests.
• Experience with self‑service data tooling and enablement.
• Collaborated with product/engineering teams on data topics.
• Worked in contexts with high standards (security, GDPR compliance).

Mansioni

• Build backend features for the Data Platform (Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL).
• Develop and maintain dbt models with tests and docs.
• Collaborate with researchers and business teams to deliver value.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design and engineering standards.
• Deliver BI solutions such as dashboards and analytics.
• Contribute to metrics governance via a semantic layer (Cube.js).
• Automate recurring reporting and data onboarding tasks with reliable tooling.
