Job summary

Resilience Care in France is hiring a Data & Analytics engineer to build backend features for the Research Data Platform and scale the data stack. You will work with Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and dbt models, delivering robust data products for clinical and research teams.

You will collaborate across product, platform, and clinical teams to improve automation, quality, and governance of metrics, while deploying reliable tooling and AI-enabled enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python-based backend development with strong tests and CI.
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI/Flask/Django or equivalent.
• Advanced SQL for production dbt models and data modeling.
• Ability to use AI as a multiplier while maintaining engineering ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build backend features for the Research Data Platform (Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL).
• Develop and maintain dbt models with tests, docs, and standards.
• Collaborate with Research/Clinical/Business teams to iterate quickly.
• Contribute to BI solutions and metrics governance via a semantic layer (Cube.js).
