Resilience Care is hiring for a Data & Analytics Engineer to strengthen the backend and data stack for clinical research and business analytics. You will build backend features, models, and tooling to deliver reliable data and insights.

You will work with a small team on a modern tech stack, including Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, dbt, and a semantic layer. Remote-friendly with hybrid collaboration in France.

Qualifications

• Proven production-grade Python development with test coverage.
• Experience building and maintaining backend APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django or equivalent).
• Strong data modeling with SQL and production dbt models.
• Ability to leverage AI tools while preserving engineering ownership.

Responsabilités

• Build backend features for the Research Data Platform (Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL).
• Build and maintain dbt models with tests and docs.
• Collaborate with researchers, clinicians and business teams to iterate and deliver value.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions and engineering standards.
