Job summary

Resilience Care is hiring an Analytics Engineer to scale our backend and data stack for clinical and research use. You will build production-grade Python features, maintain dbt models, and collaborate across research, clinical and business teams to deliver reliable insights.

You will work in a remote-friendly hybrid setup, contributing to AI-enabled data solutions while upholding high standards for security and data governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years across data and software.
• Maintained codebases with Git workflow, PRs, and CI.
• Shipped production dbt models with docs and tests.
• Experience building self-service data tooling.
• Collaborated with product/engineering on data topics.
• Aware of security, compliance and handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Build backend features for Research Data Platform (Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL).
• Build and maintain dbt models for analytics data model.
• Collaborate with researchers, clinicians and business users.
• Participate in reviews, design and engineering standards.
• Deliver BI solutions and dashboards; contribute to metrics governance.
