Resilience Care is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to help build and scale the backend and data stack for our Research Data Platform. You will work with Python/FastAPI and PostgreSQL, maintain dbt models, and collaborate with Research, Clinical and Business teams to deliver value across self-service analytics and dashboards.

The role emphasizes automation, data quality, and responsible AI usage, with a remote-friendly setup and a small team structure that supports growth and learning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in data and software (analytics engineer path)
• Shipped production dbt models with tests and docs
• Experience with maintained codebases (Git workflow, PRs, CI)
• Comfort with data tooling and enabling self-serve analytics
• Proactive ownership and collaboration with cross-functional partners

Responsabilités

• Build backend features for the Research Data Platform (Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL).
• Build & maintain dbt models to ensure robust data models for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and business teams to deliver value.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and engineering standards improvements.
• Deliver BI solutions and dashboards; contribute to metrics governance via a semantic layer.
