Job summary

Alan is hiring a Customer Support Specialist in Belgium to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for key admin accounts. You will train admins on product workflows, manage end-to-end admin requests, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.

You will work in a hybrid setup with remote flexibility, collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales, and Operations to remove blockers and surface improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Strong client-facing experience in B2B environments.
• Clear, structured communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard admins on Alan's product, workflows and best practices (remote and onsite).
• Own admin support end-to-end for your account portfolio and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage complex conversations with admins with clarity and empathy.
• Anticipate risks and blockers in admin processes to protect onboarding.
