Job summary

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance and is hiring in France and Belgium to join its care team. You will help members with their health-related requests with empathy, clarity, and speed, while contributing to process improvements and product learning.

You’ll become an expert in healthcare and insurance, collaborating across the care team to grow and optimize our member experience while embracing a flexible work approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-support role, education, or communication.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong written communication and empathy for members.

Responsibilities

• Deal with members' requests in a meaningful, delightful and timely manner; be transparent, accurate, clear and helpful.
• Participate in projects to improve processes, tools, and the product.
• Learn about healthcare and insurance to become an expert and support new team members.
• Contribute to building and nurturing the care team and improving daily operations.
