Syngene International Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Sales Director for the Europe region. You will be accountable for achieving revenue targets by leveraging CRO/CDMO expertise, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with India-based teams to close business opportunities.

The role targets home-based placement in France (with potential in Belgium/Switzerland), with travel at least 50% of the time. A track record of meeting sales targets in CRO/CDMO is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master in a relevant scientific field.
• An MBA or PhD in relevant scientific field is desirable.
• Minimum 3–5 years sales experience in CRO/CDMO.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience delivering successful customer relationships in CRO/CDMO teams.
• Has managed annual sales targets of at least $8m.
• Experience in a matrix/global organization across geographies and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets for business closure and sales by managing your territory.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and tailor approaches.
• Develop customer insights and identify future demand for new service offerings.
• Collaborate with India-based teams and other Sales Directors.
• Update Salesforce and provide required reports to Head of Sales, Discovery.
• Ensure high quality, timely RFx submissions and negotiate contracts.
