ixolabs.ai seeks a senior HR professional to develop recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, compensation and policy administration scenarios. You will review model decisions against workplace realities and the relevant employment framework, explain risks and write practical reference approaches for resolving people-management problems.

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. The pay range is $75–$85/hr USD, with the rate agreed before you begin.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading people functions at a large org or HR advisory firm
• Experience owning talent programs and compensation design
• Broad HR breadth incl. policy, training development, HR tech and compliance
