ixolabs.ai is seeking an experienced administrative professional to design and manage complex workflows across calendars, travel schedules, and records using multiple tools. You will create detailed artifacts and a comprehensive rubric to evaluate task completion and verify compliance with instructions.

The role is remote, paid as IXO expert work. You will agree the task brief, permitted materials and outputs with IXO before starting, with pay per accepted task and no promised hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional administration in a medium or large organization.

Responsabilités

• Construct complex administrative tasks involving calendars, travel, records and multiple workplace tools.
• Produce artifacts and detailed evaluation criteria with rubric coverage.
• Assess whether completed workflows satisfy instructions.
