Job summary

YunoJuno Limited is seeking a CRM Project Manager on a freelance, remote, part-time basis for a 14-month contract. The role focuses on defining and delivering the annual CRM strategy across product launches, customer journeys and cross-channel activations.

You will coordinate onboarding, renewal, websites, media and other touchpoints, bringing structure to delivery and ensuring CRM activity moves from strategy to execution. Prior CRM project management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of solid CRM experience.
• Strong project management and delivery experience.
• Good understanding of CRM strategy and customer journeys.
• Experience coordinating campaigns and cross-channel activations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence managing multiple workstreams, deadlines and dependencies.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalise the annual CRM strategy.
• Plan and coordinate CRM activity around product launches.
• Optimise ongoing customer journeys including onboarding and renewal.
• Lead cross-channel activations across websites, media and other platforms.
• Coordinate stakeholders and teams involved in CRM delivery.
• Manage project timelines, actions and follow-ups.
• Use Monday.com to track activity and keep delivery on schedule.
• Participate in governance forums and provide visibility across CRM initiatives.
