Job summary

YunoJuno Limited is seeking a CRM Project Manager on a freelance, remote, part-time basis for a 14-month contract. The role focuses on defining and delivering the annual CRM strategy across product launches, customer journeys and cross-channel activations.

You will coordinate onboarding, renewal, websites, media and other touchpoints, bringing structure to delivery and ensuring CRM activity moves from strategy to execution. Prior CRM project management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of solid CRM experience.
• Strong project management and delivery experience.
• Good understanding of CRM strategy and customer journeys.
• Experience coordinating campaigns and cross-channel activations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence managing multiple workstreams, deadlines and dependencies.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.

We're looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to support a major client engagement, helping to define and deliver the annual CRM strategy across product launches, ongoing customer journeys and cross-channel activations.

You'll work across initiatives spanning onboarding, renewal, websites, media and other customer touchpoints - bringing structure to delivery, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring CRM activity moves smoothly from strategy through to execution.

This is a hands-on project management role for someone who understands CRM and customer journeys, can manage multiple workstreams and is confident working with different stakeholders across a wider team.

What you'll be doing:
