Zusammenfassung

Spiko SAS is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own the end-to-end lifecycle from sign-up to referral. You will manage Customer.io, design onboarding and activation journeys, and collaborate with data, product and growth teams to convert sign-ups into active, loyal clients across email, in-app and push.

Based in Paris or London, you will operate in a hybrid setup with remote weeks, competitive compensation and stock options.

Qualifikationen

• Lifecycle / CRM marketing experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS or fintech with activation/retention impact.
• Hands-on with lifecycle platforms: Campaigns in Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo or similar; segments, triggers, templates.
• Data fluency: define events/attributes with data teams and read dashboards.
• Sharp copywriting: email content that CFOs/founders will open; English fluency required.
• Rigor and structure: manage many campaigns and tests; document what you build.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, ambitious; eager to help build a global fintech leader.
• Autonomy: highly autonomous, reports to Head of Growth.
• Interest in finance: passion for financial services and Spiko.

Aufgaben

• Own Customer.io lifecycle platform; refine data model, build campaigns, journeys, templates and deliverability.
• Activate self-onboarded prospects at scale from account creation through KYC to first deposit.
• Grow deposits from existing clients via campaigns for milestones, feature adoption and cross-product offers.
• Drive referrals and reviews; promote referral program and incentives.
• Retain and win back: define churn signals, build churn-prevention and win-back flows.
• Segment audiences by company profile, cash position, behavior, lifecycle stage.
• AB test all aspects of campaigns; document learnings and ship winners.
• Report on impact: activation rate, time to first deposit, referral rate, reviews, unsubscribe metrics.
