Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Creative Marketing Manager in France to shape advertising concepts for an innovative wellness product. You will drive campaigns across Meta platforms, collaborating with designers and editors to turn insights into impactful ideas and continuously improve performance.

The role emphasizes research-driven creative development, testing, and market-specific positioning across international audiences, with a flexible fully remote setup and a schedule aligned to UTC+3 evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in marketing, advertising, copywriting, content creation, or creative strategy.
• Strong copywriting skills with audience-focused messaging.
• Experience creating advertising concepts, campaign ideas, or marketing strategies.
• Ability to research competitors and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Balance of creative thinking and analytical skills; eager to test and improve.
• Good understanding of Meta advertising ecosystem and paid social campaigns.
• Experience with international markets, especially US or Europe.
• Health/wellness or self-improvement domain experience preferred; non-health Ukrainian market experience will not be considered.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage creative work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative advertising concepts for paid campaigns, primarily across Facebook and Instagram.
• Research competitors, market trends, and high-performing advertisements in health, wellness, lifestyle, and self-improvement sectors.
• Create concepts for video and image ads, including UGC formats and storytelling-driven campaigns.
• Write compelling hooks, headlines, primary ad copy, and messaging tailored to different audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing team members to bring concepts to life.
• Plan and coordinate creative testing to evaluate concepts, messaging, and angles.
• Analyze creative performance, identify patterns, and recommend data-informed improvements.
• Develop fresh ideas for product positioning and adapt concepts to different markets and audience motivations.
