Job summary

Amcor Limited in Europe is seeking a Commercial Excellence Director to lead pricing strategy, margin optimization, and governance across the AC&I business. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to drive growth and profitability in a remote European setup.

You will own pricing tools like PriceFX, develop pricing configurators, and ensure cost pass-through mechanisms while building cross-functional capability in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Sales, Commercial or Controlling roles.
• Proven track record in pricing, margin management, and commercial governance.
• Strong leadership in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth and value creation across the AC&I BU through pricing excellence, margin optimization, commercial governance, and cross-functional leadership.
• Lead pricing strategy, governance, and tools to optimize pricing performance and enable growth.
• Own pricing configurators, PriceFX deployment, and pricing process simplification.
• Ensure effective pass-through for raw materials, energy, transport, and other cost drivers.
• Monitor customer, product, and site profitability and implement corrective actions.
• Build commercial capabilities and lead the Commercial Excellence team.
