Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Commercial Excellence Director to accelerate growth across the AC&I business in Europe, with a focus on pricing excellence, margin optimization, and governance. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, shaping pricing policy, and driving sustainable profitability while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The position reports into the Commercial Excellence function and supports Europe-wide initiatives across Sales, Pricing tools

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Sales, Commercial or Controlling roles.
• Fluent English and other European language preferred.
• University degree in applied economics, business administration, finance, engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth and value creation across the AC&I BU through pricing excellence, margin optimization, and governance.
• Lead pricing strategy, governance, and tools to optimize pricing performance.
• Own pricing configurators, PriceFX deployment, and pricing process simplification.
• Ensure effective pass-through and recovery mechanisms for raw materials, energy, transport and other cost drivers.
• Improve costing, RFQ, quotation, and pricing capabilities to support commercial decision-making.
• Build commercial capabilities and lead the Commercial Excellence team.
