Job summary

MS-search is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Central and Eastern Europe for traffic management solutions. The role is based in Paris, with the possibility of remote work in one of the Eastern European countries for an experienced candidate.

You will lead BD and sales, recruit partners, and collaborate with technical teams to close projects. You will manage a multi-territory strategy, travel frequently, and report to the VP of Sales while shaping the roadmap with market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business development or sales.
• Proven ability to develop and manage opportunities across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent in English; another Eastern European language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategy and operations of business development and sales activities.
• Recruit and support distribution partners across Central & Eastern Europe.
• Quote and win projects with support from the technical team.
• Maintain opportunities pipeline in Salesforce.
• Report on activities to the VP of Sales.
• Contribute to product roadmaps with new market insights.
• Support marketing activities to drive growth.
