IVU Traffic Technologies AG is seeking a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the Greater Paris Area. This permanent role includes remote options and focuses on understanding the French rail market, engaging operators, authorities, and mobility organisations.

You will own the market, present IVU's scheduling and control systems at meetings, coordinate with Germany-based engineers, and lead responses to tenders while traveling across France.

Qualifications

• You have extensive experience (10–15 years) in B2B sales or business development of complex software or technology solutions.
• You possess deep knowledge of the French rail landscape, operators, and procurement processes.
• You can represent IVU in France, build pipelines, and coordinate with teams in Germany.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the French market, building long‑term relationships with rail operators and mobility organisations.
• Present IVU's solutions at client meetings, tenders, and rail industry events.
• Collaborate with German engineers to translate client needs into technical briefs.
• Monitor market developments and procurement pipelines to inform product management.
• Lead responses to RFPs and tenders with cross‑functional teams.
• Travel within France regularly and visit Berlin/Aachen offices periodically.
