Job summary

HealthTech company, a leader in AI-driven wellness, seeks a Brand Reputation Manager to monitor and enhance public perception of a new wellness product.

You will work with support, ASO and marketing to manage reviews across App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and other platforms, and report on sentiment, risks and opportunities. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and potential to build a Reputation Management function from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in brand reputation, community management, user feedback, or customer success.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sentiment and trends from qualitative data.
• Familiarity with online review ecosystems (App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, etc.)
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and work independently.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in managing brand image.
• English: intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze user feedback across platforms like App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and more.
• Collaborate with customer support to ensure prompt and effective response to public reviews.
• Work with internal teams to identify patterns in feedback and initiate product or communication improvements.
• Coordinate external vendors or partners (if needed) to support ongoing reputation efforts.
• Monitor reputation metrics and produce regular reports on review trends, sentiment, and potential risks.
• Suggest initiatives to organically improve user sentiment and public brand perception.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
