Job summary

Resilience Care is building AI-powered remote monitoring solutions for oncology, gastroenterology and psychiatry. We operate with a fully remote, distributed Product team and report to the VP Product.

You will own initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with Medical, Tech, Revenue, KAM, Patient Care and QARA to deliver measurable outcomes. You will accelerate discovery with AI while maintaining quality, align cross-functional teams, and ship tangible product improvements that impact patient care

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of product initiatives across therapeutic areas.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled products or features beyond prototypes.
• Ability to lead discovery, prototyping, specification, delivery and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead field discovery and turn needs into clear product problems.
• Prototype with AI and work with Tech through production release.
• Collaborate with Medical on clinical validation and with QA on quality and compliance.
• Measure adoption and impact after delivery.
• Keep product documentation and QMS evidence current.
• Deliver a first initiative end-to-end within three months.
