Job summary

Resilience Care, a France-based remote health-tech company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own initiatives end-to-end across Oncology, Gastroenterology and Psychiatry. You will work with Medical, Tech, Revenue, KAM, Patient Care and QARA to deliver AI-enabled product solutions in a fully remote environment.

You will report to the VP Product and shape outcomes from discovery to measurement, across therapeutic areas, with emphasis on adoption, field impact and business contribution.

• Align Medical, Tech, commercial, operations and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead field discovery and turn needs into clear product problems.
• Prototype with AI and work with Tech through production release.
• Collaborate with Medical on clinical validation and with QARA on compliance.
• Measure adoption and impact after delivery.
• Maintain product docs, semantic library and QMS evidence.
