Job summary

Resilience Care, a French-based leader in medical remote monitoring, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own initiatives end to end across Oncology, Gastroenterology and Psychiatry. You will work with Medical, Tech, Revenue, KAM, Patient Care and QARA to deliver AI-enabled product solutions in a fully remote, distributed team.

Reporting to the VP Product, you will shape outcomes and measurable impact. You will build collaborations across care teams and ensure quality and compliance while aligning

Qualifications

• Turn clinical, field or business needs into clear product problems.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, specification, delivery and impact measurement.
• Use AI in practical ways to accelerate Product work.
• Align Medical, Tech, commercial, operations and quality teams.
• Manage by outcomes, connecting adoption, user impact and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead field discovery and turn needs into clear product problems.
• Prototype with AI, specify solutions and work with Tech through production release.
• Collaborate with Medical on clinical validation and with QARA on quality and compliance.
• Measure adoption and impact after delivery.
• Keep Product documentation, the semantic library and required QMS evidence current.
