Job summary

Resilience Care is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end initiatives across Oncology, Gastroenterology and Psychiatry. You will join a fully remote, distributed Product team and report to the VP Product. Your mandate evolves with priorities, not tied to a single backlog.

You will lead field discovery, prototype with AI, collaborate with Medical and QARA, and measure adoption and impact. Strong experience in healthcare and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Seven years of product management experience and a track record shipping AI-enabled products beyond prototypes.
• Ability to own complex initiatives from discovery to impact measurement.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or across healthcare systems.
• Fluent English in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead field discovery and turn needs into clear product problems.
• Prototype with AI and coordinate with Tech for production release.
• Collaborate with Medical and QARA on validation and quality/compliance.
• Measure adoption and impact after delivery.
• Maintain product documentation, semantic library and required QMS evidence.
