Amatera, based near Paris Evry, seeks a Senior Partnerships & Licensing Manager to own external outreach, building research and commercial relationships for plant cell biology tech across seed and agriculture companies. You will identify opportunities, manage the full partnership lifecycle, and help shape Amatera's commercial strategy in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Candidates should have proven BD/partnership experience in ag/seed sectors, with licensing and deal-structuring skills, and a

Qualifications

Proven track record in business development or partnerships within the ag and seed industry.
Experience of licensing and deal structuring; contract negotiation.
Technical understanding; a plant sciences degree is nice to have, not required.
Fluent in English; French is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsabilités

Raise Amatera’s profile in seed/ag sector and identify new research and commercial partnership opportunities.
Progress opportunities through the sales lifecycle: lead qualification, terms, deal structuring and close.
Act as the trusted interface between Amatera's executives and senior leaders at partner companies.
