EUROAPI UK Ltd is seeking a R&D Platform Leader in Biotechnology to drive the company’s R&D strategy and enhance biotechnology capabilities at the Saint Aubin les Elbeuf site. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership in biotechnology activities, talent development, and external partnerships.

The position requires a PhD in molecular biology or a related field, significant experience in biotechnology, and fluency in French. Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience in biotechnology or related industrial environments.
• Ability to define strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience with external technical partnerships (industry and academia).

Responsabilités

• Define and refine biotechnology platform strategy aligned with company goals.
• Provide scientific leadership for the Biotechnology platform in Elbeuf.
• Conduct skill gap analyses and deploy targeted development plans.
