Generare Bioscience seeks a Partnerships & Sourcing Manager to build an international network sourcing microbial diversity for its Paris laboratory. You will identify promising sources, develop relationships with research institutes, culture collections and partners, and negotiate agreements to ensure a steady flow of samples and strains.

You will coordinate licenses, material transfer agreements and approvals while aligning with scientists on priorities, enabling scalable expansion and value

Qualifications

• An initial professional experience in partnerships, project or operations.
• Background in science, engineering, agronomy, business, international management or law with biotechnology interest.
• Clear communication and sound judgement in negotiating terms and resolving problems.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop relationships with research institutes, culture collections, governments and partners.
• Coordinate service agreements, licenses and collection permissions.
• Negotiate terms and ensure reliable flow of samples and strains to Paris lab.
• Assess when local presence abroad improves access or execution.
• Build an international network and prioritize diverse microbial sources.
