Akeneo is hiring a hardworking and motivated BDR to identify and qualify sales opportunities and support company growth. You will learn in a fast-growing SaaS environment, with a focus on outbound and inbound initiatives and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

The role requires one year of business development experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, curious attitude. Italian and English fluency is essential in a dynamic, hybrid work setup at Akeneo.

• One year experience in a previous business development role.
• Strong communications skills - expected to gather details about prospects that can be used to personalise messaging.

Responsabilités

• Conduct effective discovery and qualification conversations with prospects through understanding of product value proposition and use cases.
• Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects via email, phone, social media and other channels.
• Handle inbound and outbound prospect calls with high volume.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with decision-makers within targeted accounts.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute a lead generation strategy.
• Share frontline customer learnings with the broader team.
