Job summary

Servier, a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in France, seeks an Associate Director of R&D Project Management to translate asset strategy into an executable Global Plan. You will drive delivery across timelines, budget, quality and milestones within a cross-functional SPEED framework, with a focus on governance readiness and reporting.

This 100% remote role requires 10–15% travel to international sites, collaboration with Asset Leaders, Project Leaders and Core Teams, and strong

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or related field.
• Typically 8+ years of pharma/biotech project management experience.
• PM certification such as PMP or PMI is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of drug development across stages including clinical and lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage integrated project plans, risks, interdependencies and milestones.
• Solid financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking.
• Experience with governance materials and executive-level reporting.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate asset strategy into an integrated Global Plan with timelines, budget and milestones.
• Drive execution of the Global Developpement Plan at Core/Global Team level.
• Provide context and decision support to Core/Global Team members.
• Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation for project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate governance meetings, pre-reads and executive presentations.
