Job summary

Servier, a human-sized, international pharmaceutical group, invites you to lead the Campus ServierGidy transformation. As Campus Transformation Program Director, you will drive the overall strategy, governance, and value realization across Manufacturing, R&D, Real Estate, HR, Finance, CSR, Legal, and Corporate Functions.

With 10–15 years' experience in complex transformations, you will shape roles, manage budgets and timelines, and report to executives.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering, business, operations, program management, or equivalent.
10–15 years leading complex transformation programs; pharma/industrial is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Campus ServierGidy transformation program.
Establish governance and operating models.
Define roles, processes, and GTPO-aligned ways of working.
Ensure delivery against quality, cost, delivery, and resources.
Monitor value creation and benefits realization.
Chair Program and Steering Committees; report on budget and risks.
Lead change management and risk mitigation.
Align stakeholders across Manufacturing, R&D, Real Estate, HR, Finance, CSR, Legal, and Corporate Functions.
Escalate risks to governance as needed.
Ensure KPIs, dashboards, and communication plans are delivered.
