Job summary

Servier is seeking an R&D Communications Director to design and deploy a comprehensive global communications strategy for a major R&D portfolio. The role collaborates with worldwide R&D teams and the Group Corporate Communications Leadership Team to elevate science and innovation visibility.

The candidate will lead internal and external communications, translate complex topics for diverse audiences, and drive engagement and reputation across Servier’s international sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Communications Director in a large global company.
• 15+ years overall experience in an international, technical or scientific environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with operational delivery and collaboration.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to corporate communications strategy and build an integrated R&D communications roadmap.
• Define strategic priorities for R&D communications aligned with R&D strategy.
• Identify internal and external communicatons challenges and showcase expertise.
• Deploy and oversee the R&D communications roadmap with KPIs.
• Analyze impact of internal and external campaigns with performance indicators.
