Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks an Associate Director, Medical Advisor, EU West, to lead France Medical Affairs for rare-disease programs. You will translate global strategy into a focused country medical plan, build trusted partnerships with French experts, and ensure compliant, high-quality execution in an agile affiliate setting.

The role is based in France with Paris-area office and involves travel within France and to Zug, Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Required medical affairs experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience engaging healthcare professionals in scientific exchange.
• Ability to develop and execute country medical plans (launch/pre-launch).
• Strong understanding of the French healthcare system and compliance framework.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute the France Medical Affairs plan for three portfolio programs.
• Translate global strategy into country medical plans and ensure compliant execution.
• Build partnerships with French rare-disease ecosystem and key stakeholders.
• Identify centers and stakeholders; map referral and treatment pathways.
• Capture and communicate actionable field insights to local and global teams.
