Job summary

Resilience Care is seeking a data & analytics engineer to build and scale the technical foundations of our Research Data Platform. You will ensure data is reliable, usable, and accessible for clinical, research, and business users.

Your day-to-day includes shipping production-grade Python, maintaining dbt models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value while improving automation, quality, and metrics governance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in production-grade Python with tests, code quality and CI.
• Experience building and maintaining backend APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Strong SQL/data modeling to deliver production dbt models.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity while keeping engineering ownership.
• Experience deploying and operating what you build (containers, CI/CD).
• Implement data tests/alerting and troubleshoot data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Build backend features for the Research Data Platform (Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL).
• Build and maintain dbt models with tests, docs, and standards.
• Collaborate with Research/Clinical/Business to deliver value.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design for engineering standards.
• Deliver BI solutions such as dashboards and business analysis.
• Contribute to metrics governance via a semantic layer (Cube.js).
• Turn recurring manual work into reliable tooling, using AI responsibly.
