Resilience Care is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to help build and scale the backend and data stack for our Research Data Platform. You will work with Python/FastAPI and PostgreSQL, maintain dbt models, and collaborate with Research, Clinical and Business teams to deliver value across self-service analytics and dashboards.
The role emphasizes automation, data quality, and responsible AI usage, with a remote-friendly setup and a small team structure that supports growth and learning.

In a nutshell: You join the Data & Analytics team to build and scale key technical foundations (backend + modern data stack) so data is reliable, usable and accessible for clinical, research and business teams.
