Job summary

Resilience Care is seeking a Data Reliability Engineer in France to build, operate and secure our healthcare data platform. You will own end-to-end pipelines from ingestion to export, and collaborate with SRE on IaC, deployment and monitoring.

You will work with Python, SQL, dbt and TypeScript, ensuring data freshness, accuracy and compliance. The role offers real ownership, remote-friendly setup and collaboration with clinical researchers across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in data engineering, platform engineering, or backend with a strong infra component.
• Operated production pipelines you were accountable for.
• Written and reviewed infrastructure as code in a team setting.
• Delivered data to stakeholders outside your own team.
• Worked in a maintained codebase (Git workflow, PRs, CI).
• Operated in a context with high standards (security, compliance, sensitive data).

Responsibilities

• Build and operate data pipelines: ingestion, transformation, export.
• Develop tooling with SRE: IaC, deployment, CI/CD, secrets management.
• Monitor data quality and pipeline health with dashboards and alerts.
• Own data contracts and enforce quality tests.
• Deliver secure data exports to external partners and institutions.
• Manage PostgreSQL Research Spaces for clinical study teams.
