Mindflow is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on IT & AI to work with enterprise IT teams, understand their environment, design automation architectures, and help move solutions into production.

You will lead technical discovery with ITOps, ITSM, cloud and DevOps teams, design end-to-end automations, build integrations, deliver proofs of concept, and translate constraints into robust architectures. This role is remote-friendly across France and Europe with a competitive equity option.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT engineering, cloud or infrastructure roles.
Experience in ITOps, ITSM, cloud operations, DevOps or observability.
Strong experience with APIs, JSON and scripting.
Pragmatic problem-solving mindset.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Professional fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

Lead technical discovery with ITOps, ITSM, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps and service desk teams.
Design end-to-end automations and AI agents across ITSM, observability, cloud and identity.
Build and validate integrations, workflows and production-ready solutions using APIs and scripting.
Deliver proofs of concept and support deployment, adoption and scale.
Translate constraints and governance into clear architectures.
Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to feed field feedback into the roadmap.
Create reusable demos, templates and technical documentation.
