NewRocket in France/Paris is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Foundry and work directly with customers to deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflow solutions. This role blends full-stack engineering, enterprise integration, generative AI, and client-facing delivery.

You will advance NewRocket’s platforms, including the Intelligence Platform and Value Realization Dashboard, while applying responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or enterprise delivery.
• Strong full-stack and API integration capabilities.
• Experience building AI/LLM powered applications and RAG workflows.
• Customer-facing engineering or consulting experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows within ServiceNow and enterprise ecosystems.
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket agents, accelerators, and workflows into enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to operating models and data sources.
• Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and adoption considerations to stakeholders.
