ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work remotely from France, collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM, and Product teams to deploy ElevenAgents for enterprise customers.

You will understand customer AI transformation goals, structure end-to-end deals, and ensure successful on-site delivery. Fluency in English and French is required, with extensive enterprise-experience and technical acumen.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise customers.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for structuring value propositions and enterprise sales cycles.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration to prototype and communicate with engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close with commercial terms.
• Embed with customers, spend time onsite, and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to bring them to life.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents to maximize adoption.
