Jobgether is seeking a Forward‑Deployed CRM Architect based in France to design, implement, and maintain client CRM architectures, primarily HubSpot, within a remote-first delivery model. You will build automations, data flows, and reporting, collaborating with GTM strategists and managing multiple client projects using AI-powered tooling.

This hands-on role requires strong RevOps and CRM governance, data quality focus, and the ability to work across diverse B2B environments in an AI‑first GTM

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations hubs.

Aufgaben

• Own HubSpot environments: architecture, automation, and reporting.
• Design and maintain workflows for lead routing and sales processes.
• Develop integrations between HubSpot and external tools via APIs and webhooks.
• Ensure data quality, deduplication, and reliable data imports.
• Create dashboards for pipeline coverage and full-funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with GTM strategists and engineers across multiple clients.
• Document implementations and build reusable playbooks.
• Apply AI tools and agent-based workflows to daily operations.
