Greenly is seeking a driven CRM Delivery Intern to join the CRM and Delivery teams in Paris. You will map CRM journeys, craft and optimize onboarding and nurture sequences, and collaborate with RevOps and Product to automate workflows.

You’ll also help design AI-powered agents for Next Best Action, cross-sell triggers, and product-level LCAs, driving client autonomy and improved journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms and customer lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability basics.

Responsabilités

• Map and define CRM journeys across the delivery experience.
• Create and optimize email campaigns end-to-end.
• Run tests and monitor KPI performance to improve campaigns.

Master’s degree in marketing or data

Copywriting in French and English

Email marketing fundamentals
