Job summary

Parallel, Paris, is hiring a RevOps/BizOps professional to own Attio CRM end-to-end and drive automation across Sales, Marketing and Finance. You’ll work directly with the founders and Ops Lead, shaping the RevOps function as the company scales.

You will map and automate repetitive tasks, build dashboards, run SQL analyses, and ensure data quality. The role combines hands-on CRM ownership with strategic process improvement in a fast-growing AI-native startup.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of RevOps, SalesOps or BizOps experience in a B2B startup.
• Experience building and shipping automated processes end-to-end.
• Strong SQL, data analysis and dashboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Attio end-to-end: configure data model, pipelines, views and permissions.
• Automate internal work across Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance using no/low-code tools and APIs.
• Run analyses, define metrics, and automate data collection and reporting.
• Train users, document processes, and drive adoption across teams.
