DeLaval seeks a Training Manager for the Market Area Southern Europe to design, implement, and improve training and onboarding across France, Italy, and Spain. The role is located in Elancourt, France, with a hybrid working model and travel requirements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop practical solutions, and support managers in implementing training activities while enhancing onboarding quality and consistent working methods across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Ability to design, facilitate, and deliver impactful training programs that support business objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify training needs and align with company objectives.
• Design and develop training programs for new hires and ongoing development.
• Build and maintain onboarding program.
• Analyze existing work processes and contribute to improved working methods.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other Training Managers across Europe to share ideas and align ways of working.
• Support managers with implementation, follow-up, and practical application of training activities.
• Support train-the-trainer activities by helping trainers become more effective.
• Deliver and facilitate training sessions personally, ensuring an engaging, practical, and business-relevant learning experience.
• Contribute as a member of the Market Area Southern Europe management team, bringing a training perspective to business priorities.
• Act as the point of contact for external training providers.
